Villa Beauceant

Les Granges de Civrac is a family vineyard that stretches over clayey-limestone and gravelly soils, with typically Médoc grape varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

This vineyard has been managed by Aude Roland since 2015.

Oenologist and agricultural engineer, she brought the winery into HVE 3 environmental certification in 2018.

She is developing sustainable viticulture and wine tourism on the property. The property is located in the Beyzac castle, a 19th century residence listed as a historical monument.

This estate sells the 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages of Château Condé Boribeille.

It also produces Villa Beaucéant from 2018.
