The winemaker of Château Villa Beaucéant declines her wine jelly in all its forms. Mulled wine made with 5 spices, rosé wine with citrus fruits or peach-apricot... And now, flavored with black truffle but only in a small 100g jar. This last variation is ideal to accompany scrambled eggs, meats or cauliflower or pumpkin dishes.
