The collection of wine jellies is growing. This time, based on rosé wine and flavored peach-apricot or citrus.
Two new wine jellies

These two new jellies are added to the 3 classics made by hand by Aude Roland, winemaker and owner of Château Villa Beaucéant: plain, five spices and Ras-El-Hanout. 5 euros the jar or 15€ the box of 3.

Sweet or salty

Jellies made from rosé wine can accompany waffles, fruit salads, fish or white meats. While those made with red wine will go better with game, foie gras or even long-aged cheeses.
