We must also mention the 15 recipes made by great chefs such as Claude Broussard at the head of the Saint-Julien brigade who sublimates a bar by accompanying it with a red wine ice cream on its bed of leek fondue. All accompanied by a Cos Labory 2015.
Indeed, there are 15 food and wine pairings that feature as much Saint-Estèphe.
